As the Director of Operations, I am in charge of formulating and implementing strategic initiatives that optimize operational efficiency and increase profits. As such, I developed a financial profitability model by detailed segmentation to identify inefficiencies and potential areas for profit improvement. 12 acupressure bodywork & reflexology store locations were analyzed, totaling $5.6M in annual revenue during 2017-2018. As a result, two major strategic initiative centered around pricing and customer service were implemented in 2019, leading to as much as a 20% increase in revenue for certain service locations.
