Hi friends! Welcome to Paper Tiger: The Quarantine Cook! Four months ago I started Paper Tiger as an Asian dumpling and bao food business in Chicago. We wanted to reinterpret classic Chinese dishes using fresh, Midwest ingredients and share them at local farmers markets during the 2020 summer season. Although that may no longer happen due to the world having other plans, we still want to spread the joy of food any way we can. Come cook with us virtual via online zoom lessons; together we will create, decompress and have a blast, and there's nothing a lousy virus can do to stop that.
