Print out all assembly drawings and bill of materials for manufacturing of Weatherford products.Mark up drawings for manufacturing and discuss with machine shops the proper part identification and any documentation required.Developer and maintain good relationship with supplier to ensure good quality, pricing, and delivery dates were met.Order steel and exotic materials if needed for extreme applications, Carbon/mild steel, T-95, Inconel, Monel, K500, Peek, Viton, Nitrile, EPR, Etc.Order O'Rings, Back-up Rings, Elements, Screws, Shear pins, Etc.Collated components for assembly.(Manufacture to new drawings or modify existing parts RUSH as per customer requirements)Go over drawings with engineers to design new products (Make drawings easier to machine to keep cost down)Keep track of inventory on all products ordered.Manufacture a variety of jigs and fixtures for pressure testing and for easier assembly of tools.Deal directly with I.S.O. / A.P.I. and company standards internally and externally (Monitor product standards and specifications)Trouble shoot with engineers any non-conformances in the manufacturing process.Supervise and motivate staff and management.Made sure that all products were produced on time and met company quality standards.Ensured that all health and safety guidelines were followed.Managed logistics and material consumption to jobs to ensure proper inventory is maintained.
