The requirement from the UK Board was to rebrand and establish a stock in the Middle East which was completed in a short space of time before returning home to the UK with my family.

Enjoyed considerable success focusing on and growing sales from £250k per month to £1m per month after 6 months being in the position , working primarily with the sales team to establish new customers all around the Middle East region. The role included extensive travel and the introduction of new products into stock for the Middle East market and working closely with the other branches in Singapore and South Africa. Other tasks included working with the UK Board maintaining the agreed budgets and targets.

Used my export marketing skills to promote and develop new and existing customers and markets in the Oil & Gas , Petro-Chemical and Mining sectors globally.

Started this company from scratch suppling crushing machine spare parts and used machines which grew to a £10m turn over company and winning the prestigious Queens Award for International Trade in 2005. Also making acquisitions of Strata Steels and Excel Plant and growing these businesses year on year.

Sales agent for a large German Stockholder covering the UK & South African Oil & Gas , Petro-Chemical and Mining Industries. Travelling to South Africa a number of times and around the UK to develop new and existing business.
