International Project Manager - Managed daily operations of projects, which included personnel, personnel training, budgets, invoicing, coordination, inspection and expediting activities for +20 countries. Recruited and managed network of engineers and surveyors located internationally. Monitored the total quality performance of personnel involved in expediting, surveillance, and quality assurance / control functions of equipment being manufactured at numerous facilities located internationally for various projects. Quality Manager / Offshore Representative - Managed DNV, Global Industry, Marathon, Coflexip Stena Offshore and ABB Offshore Technology employees directly responsible for the quality development, construction, system integration and on-line completion of the “ARNOLD” project. “ARNOLD” consisted of a 22 mile, 5000 feet deepwater, spooled, 10” x 6” pipe in pipe (insulated pipeline), with ancillary equipment (ie; PLEM – pipeline end manifold, SDU–subsea distribution unit, umbilical and wellhead components). “ARNOLD” was a joint project venture entered into by Marathon Oil Co., Texaco and ABB Offshore Technologies. Responsibilities as “DNV Quality Project Manager and ABB Offshore Client Representative” consisted of coordination and management of all quality surveillance personnel and associated issues both onshore and offshore.

Project Manager - Managed the Mechanical Integrity Field Services (MIFS) team at the ENRON (Morgan’s Point Facility). The MIFS team was responsible for field inspection of piping and fixed equipment; materials verification; preparing the client for upcoming PSM audits; new construction inspection at site using various NDE methods and data collection of piping and fixed equipment to aid in MI overview for client(s). Managed the collection of data and information of piping and fixed equipment, process flow, and historical problems/situations that have resulted in a shutdown/offline situation. Spare parts analysis based on risk information to aid client(s) in minimizing downtime due to parts failure.

Project Coordinator - Assisted in various types of quality inspection and expediting activities that were associated with established projects. Assisted in coordination and oversight of approximately 35 – 40 fabrication shop employees. Served as a liaison between Mobil, engineering firms (ie; Jacobs Engineering, John Brown E & C, Fluor Daniel, M.W. Kellogg, Davy McKee, Litwin Engineers & Constructors, Raytheon, Ford Bacon & Davis, etc.) and the erection contractor(s) at jobsite. Responsibilities included: lump sum estimating, contract reviews, development of quality and inspection test plans, budget control issues, pre-inspection meetings and presentations, scheduling issues and shipping and receiving coordination.
