Commenced Professional life with Souter and Jaffrey in Oct 1970 as a surveying apprentice .Trained initially as a QS then moved onto General Practice and finally Building Surveying.The varied experience allowed me to move quickly through the ranks eventually becoming Managing Director in late 90,s having had an interim spell with the Local Council.Formation of Allied Scotland followed with Chairmanship of Scotland and Vice Chair of Allied Surveyors Britain .Retain Main Board Directorship and continue to work with my fellow Directors to ensure that Allied Surveyors Scotland remains as one of Scotland's leading valuation companies and truly providing Local Knowledge with National coverage .
