Forecasting and tracking costs and resource usage at a programme, project, and team level. Identifying and tracking capex expenditure for corporate accounting. Reporting project progress and health through project dashboards and paginated reports.Project Management business process automation and reporting: Using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automation, Power BI, Forms, Approvals, and Notifications, to create and maintain project management supporting systems.

I was recruited as a BASIC developer on EPOS systems and shortly afterwards moved to Stores' ordering system written in COBOL. I took on the role of systems analyst for the next major software release to the ordering system, which enhanced the ordering process and incorporated more advanced stock management. In this role I gathered requirements from senior stakeholders and store colleagues, created functional design documentation, software specifications, and test plans. Following reassignments in the IT department I took on the role of project manager managing a team of 17 contracted developers and 3 employed developers.
