Overall responsibility for managing the relationships with suppliers and repairers together with managing Engineer Assessors and an Area Network Controller covering their individual areas of responsibility in Insurance Engineering and Networks.Key areas of accountability are management of people, technical issues - including process development, business performance, compliance & quality.Business and commercial awareness, together with excellent communication and leadership skills has provided the opportunity to lead high profile projects enabling national business goals to be achieved.
