Successfully completed the Rally taking exactly 4 months. Drove through a total of 21 countries. Raised money for a charity called Go Help. Prior planning took 18 months including fundraising and sponsorship. Granted a total of 8 visa's and gained permission to transit through unsettled regions. Part of a two person team who encountered various problems/challenges, all were overcome along the way, including breakdowns and export and import paperwork. Also volunteered on projects in Mongolia.

Maintain strong communication links between contracts personnel and internal suppliers. Occasionally required to liaise directly with external suppliers and customers. Proactively modify, improve or adapt within existing product specifications working practices or processes to improve the effectiveness of the cell. Labour diversity from the core skills will be required. Provide leadership and monitoring to personnel working within the production cell, to include skill & performance development, discipline and recruitment. Has responsibility for achieving schedules inline with Business Demands. Ensure that equipment and resources within the services workshop are maintained to a high standard and that tooling and equipment used to support field service activity is documented and controlled. Responsible for the maintenance of records related to customer owned property held within the services workshops, creating clear, simple, visual records of the status of component parts.
