NCER are a longstanding, non-profit making, Community Interest Company providing first class educational performance data systems. NCER is owned by, and act on behalf of, all local authorities in England operating on a truly national scale, delivering both excellent value for money, economies of scale, and a robust and effective national system. NCER are able to draw on the expertise and creativity of a national professional community of interest to ensure that its products continue to evolve and develop to meet the needs of local authorities.NCER works in partnership with key national stakeholders such as the DFE, ADCS, and the LGA to develop data systems which support key statutory education obligations and Section 13A duties (Education Act 1996).

Governor from 201, chair from 2018 to 2022. On 1 March 2022 the college dissolved and merged with Wakefield College to form the new Heart of Yorkshire Education Group.

The Conservation Volunteers have been reclaiming green places since 1959 through our own environmental projects and our network of 2,000 community groups.
