Parent Company changed; this is a continuation of the work for ABBTECH. I am currently with the same employment for over 4 years. Responsibilities include; Solely Installing appx 280+ computers/year, in 30 locations with35% travel within the state of Arkansas, and surrounding areas of Missouri.Hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.Domain setup and removal. Setup and move users, user files, programs, and previous settings to new computers. Security implementation. Removal of old PC's and any old equipment. Preparing old equipment for disposal and/or excessing. Technical Support for newly installed computers.Documenting/ updating inventory. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:Virus removal, All aspects of computer repair and troubleshooting, Network equipment replacement, cabling, labeling, packaging, and shipments of PC & PC equipment, setup for training classes and meetings. Backup PC Tech for local office, Training new highers, Creating and editing Technical Documentation and procedures, etc...

New computer and server setup, all aspects of Software/hardware trouble shooting. Installing and configuring network components.Testing/installing new hardware and/or software. Virus prevention and removal. Security implementation. Creating and managing domains. New user setup. Maintaining user security access. Email access management. Cost management for all areas of hardwareand software. Extensive work with Windows 2000, and 2003 servers. Some experience with NT, 2008 and SharePoint servers. Some hands on experience with Linux workstations, Red Hat servers, MAC, and Oracle. I have modified and maintained secure remote administration solutions to minimize cost. Scripting for patch upgrades to reduce “hands on” time. One other employee and I supported over 750 computers in 23 locations within 4 states.
