I am a pragmatic leader with a wealth of experience in delivering efficiencies in planning, procuring, and delivering major capital investments. I have established and led programmes of work for major capital investments within client, consultant, and contractor organisations, and have been able to use this experience to help clients deliver the benefits they are seeking while ensuring that risks are identified and appropriately managed. In the last ten years in NZ my focus has shifted towards helping clients build their capability in the front-end planning of capital investments with a focus on business case development and procurement. This includes negotiating contracts with contractors and consultants for major capital projects. I am a certified Better Business Case practitioner as well as a certified MSP practitioner and have supported several government agencies in leading the development of business cases for large complex programmes of work. I have a keen sense of priorities and can quickly grasp complex issues and clearly communicate what is required to achieve results. I am collaborative, with a mindset of continuous improvement, and a passion to achieve great results.
