Responsibility for financial accounting functions to include:• Responsibility for co-ordinating/chairing quarterly balancesheet reviews for each entity supported by Omni-SSG• Overall responsibility for balance sheet accounts, including intercompany accounts• Quarterly calculation of Corporation tax for US reporting(schedule 22)• Liaison with UK tax team for UK Corporation Tax reportingand completion of annual Corporation Tax questionnaire and ITDC submission• Production of Statutory Accounts for each entity supported by Omni-SSG• Compliance with FCA reporting requirements (e.g. bi-annual Gabriel reports CPMUK)• Co-ordination of external and internal audits including liaison with external/internal auditors for each entitysupported by Omni-SSG• Co-ordination, review and implementation of Sarbanes Oxley processes• Provide training on compliance to all Commercial Accounts teams within the entities• Quarterly review, reconciliation and submission of VAT returns for each entity supported by Omni-SSG, manage all relevant working papers and VAT returns for audit review, and calculate and post VAT recovery charges monthly• Project work as allocated• Keep legislative knowledge up to date e.g. UK/US GAAP, IFRS updates, etc• Maintain strong relationship with with Omnicom central stats and tax teams• Other ad-hoc duties as required

+Advanced knowledge of all financial systems mandated and implemented across CPM Group business entities.+Working with business teams across all entities, identify the critical business requirements.+Identify leanest business process to meet requirement and maximize benefit utilising the provided software.+Definition of software gaps, with clarity of business need and perspective on ROI associated to development being requested+Business requirement specification at a high level for IT Development Teams. +Testing new developments prior to approval for implementation+Development of training packages and delivery of training to a broad variety of system users using a range of training media and techniques.+Assisting finance employees through change process to embrace new methods of working with the mandated software+Support and coaching of Finance personnel across all business functions during implementations and “transition to business as usual” phase.

- Providing financial support for large activities for big clients. - Monthly reconciliations of actuals to budgets. - Variance analysis between actual performance and forecasts on a monthly and YTD basis. - Providing insight into the areas and reasons for any favourable or unfavourable variances. - Monthly review of accruals and prepayments. - Preparing monthly board packs for all areas of the business. - Providing additional business analysis for management and senior management. - Fully compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines.
