CurrentResponsibilities:Provide comprehensive leadership and management to the Practice organisation, a specialised team of expert consultants providing subject matter expertise and mentorship across the business.Manage resource allocation, goal setting, and performance evaluation for the Practice team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Lead the Practice Committees, developing and implementing effective tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.Oversee the recruitment of senior consultants, coordinating training and mentoring programmes to foster continuous professional development.Champion knowledge management and sharing initiatives, building a knowledge library and stimulating engagement within the Communities of Practice.Represent the Practice in client meetings and pre-sales activities, showcasing expertise and contributing to RFP responses.Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop the Practice offering, identify synergies with existing projects, and ensure effective external communication.Act as the primary point of contact for Business Units on all Practice-related inquiries.Achievements:Successfully manage the Practice organisation, achieving key performance indicators and exceeding goals for staff development and promotion, thought leadership articles and industry event attendance.Cultivate a thriving Community of Practice, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration among consultants.Develop and implement effective training and mentoring programmes, enhancing the expertise and skill set of the Practice team.Play a key role in pre-sales activities, securing new client engagements and expanding the reach of the Practice.Strengthen the Practice's external presence through targeted communication strategies and participation in industry events.Establish efficient processes and tools to optimise resource allocation and streamline operations within the Practice.
