Part of 4 man self managed fabric maintenance squad on the Cleeton platform and also HLO and fire team leader. Carrying out Repair orders, performing authority ISSOW BP control of work trained , writing permits, surveying and measuring up jobs. Ravenspurn, Cleeton and satellite rig shut downs and project work (SNS) - Working to ISSOW- Lead pipefitter on Sand handling skid construction and installing new pipe work, hand and hydraulic torquing, LoKring fittings and small bore tubing used- Installation of new flow lines 3" and 4" duplex hydraulic tensioning used- Installing new pipe work with LoKring fittings- Removal of PSV's and re-installation - Unbolting of flame arresters for inspection then box back up - Decommision of heavy wall stainless lines- Strip down choke valves install new gaskets and bolts - Install instrument pipe work to new valves on methanol lines- Build actuators up after being away for inspection- Install new 4" and 6" vent lines - Kamos testing

- Measuring, fabricating, installing and pressure testing all pipework (stainless steel, carbon steel, plastic and PTFE lined pipework (MPT).- Working on high profile, multi million pound projects with strict deadlines, safely.- Fabricating fully welded lines, by mechanically bending them to the correct degree and cutting to size.- Working with maintenance personnel on different sites on both day work and standby for any breakdowns.- Liaising with customers to obtain best way in which to do the job, both safely and efficiently.- Carrying out daily risk assessments on jobs for both myself and groups of workers.- Reading and following P & ID’s. - Reading and following Schematic drawings.- Auditing workforce jobs and safety standards.

- Undertook role of foreman on a number of jobs raising permits and handing out the daily duties to between 2 and 4 men on site - New build food factories predominantly stainless steel pipe work fabricated and installed- Installing plant rooms, pipe work ranging from 1/2" to 6" - Reading and following schematic and isometric drawings- Reading and following P & ID's- Pressure testing of all pipe work both hydrostatic and pneumatic

- Working in the fab shop fabricating jacketed stainless pipe work, working from ISO's measuring cutting and tacking the pipe work then pressure testing once pipe work had been welded- Working on site at Millenium Inorganic Chemicals shutdown and maintenance work - Piping up new ovens at Cereal partners in staverton - Installing new jacketed pipe work at Rowntrees in York and new compressed air 4" screwed galv lines
