Run off insurance operations. Responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analysis (US Statutory Accounting). Capital and liquidity stress tests and other financial analysis in line with regulatory and internal requirements. Credit risk evaluation and analysis of reinsurers and other counterparties. Financial analysis and support for complex claims group (Asbestos, litigated matters), reinsurance alternatives (commutations etc.), residual value products. Financial analysis and support for Investment Management team, including asset-liability matching / duration analysis.

Managed accounting for initial phase of run-off which saw reduction in insurance entities, addressing liquidity issues, and managing capital requirements. Financial evaluation of strategic alternatives (sale, portfolio transfers, etc.) for the Company. Manage team of sixteen staff including four managers
