Conducting regular site visits to our Supplier Material Recovery Facilities (predominantly in the Midlands), in order to quality check the mixed paper and OCC cardboard bales, to ensure they meet the required moisture and Non Fibre Content standards, for export to our parent company in China.

This included first line telephone support, where it was crucial to resolve as many issues as possible at first point of call.
