Over the past 7 years I have worked for WSH across two businesses, first in Baxter Storey managing and successfully retaining catering contracts across various client accounts including Michelin and Siemens. I currently work as an Operations Manager in the Education Catering sector in Caterlink. I have a proven track record of managing and sustaining positive relationships with stakeholders across my business portfolio.I oversee a team of over 60 people across 17 sites across the midlands. Over the past 18 months I have increased profitability while reducing costs in both materials and labour while significantly improving the staff retention rate. To achieve this by developing and maintaining clear strategic oversight planning and implementing projects and tasks for short, medium and long term implementation.
