Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (TJUH) is regularly ranked as one of the best in the nation by US News and World Report. 👉 Managed an annual budget of over $2.8B in revenue, approximately 9,000 employees, 38,000 admissions, and 34,000 surgical procedures.I sponsored the development of a campus master plan to address future healthcare needs. I was a key leader in developing a business plan approved by the Board of Trustees for the new state-of-the-art ambulatory specialty care pavilion for the TJUH campus. I successfully focused on creating a workplace culture of respect and professionalism that supported individuals of all backgrounds.
