It's very important to me to do a great job, to do the right thing no matter how challenging, and to be efficient and always conscious of my environmental impact.In my current job, I'll go above and beyond what I've been trained to do in order to help the customer get the specific help and advice they need right away. I won't settle for ticking boxes or for minimum effort.Customers are all different, and I know how to get the right information across in a condensed, straightforward way. I always aim to make their life easier, build their confidence in the company, and make it a rewarding experience for everyone.Moving forward, I'm searching for a role with a company that values constant improvement, and cares about operating efficiently, fairly and sustainably as much as I do. I want to find a job where my investigative instincts and language skills will have the greatest impact.
