Leads Arup's Advisory team in the Middle East with expertise in Operational Readiness, Project Management and Management Consulting. Specialising in the aviation sector, was the Arup lead for the following major programmes:- Operational Readiness & Resilience of all airfield and terminal teams at DXB and DWC in preparation for the Southern Runway Rehabilitation (SRR) Programme in 2019. - Operational Readiness to manage the migration between Emirates Airlines and flydubai, and the physical transition of flydubai from the north to south of DXB in December 2018. - Organisation-wide review of Dubai Airports’ future portfolio of projects to support its AED 1b investment application for 2018. This included review and rationalisation of 600+ initiatives across 16 programme portfolios, and development of a full set of Project Proposals and robust Business Cases. - Operational Readiness Activation and Transition (ORAT) Programme for Concourse D at Dubai International Airport. Concourse D successfully opened in February 2016 and represented another good news story for Dubai with a smooth, trouble-free and on-time opening. - Operational Readiness and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) in preparation for the Northern Runway Rehabilitation project at Dubai International in mid-2014. The BCP was a key contributor to the effective prevention and management of disruption events at Dubai International Airport.- Operational Readiness Activation and Transition (ORAT), leading to the successful opening Dubai's second international airport, Al Maktoum International (Oct 2013).- Independent Certification of the multi-modal Electronic Ticketing System (ETS) for Sydney.

My role included the following key responsibilities: Identification of client opportunities and definition of projects and approaches to address business needs and strategic objectives. Full project planning activities, translating high level strategies to detailed project plans. Leadership of internal project teams, including daily project meetings and weekly reviews. Ongoing consultation with external clients and management of senior stakeholders and client project resources. Preparation and facilitation of client meetings, stakeholder workshops and presentations. Execution of Different project delivery methodology and research and design approach. Maintenance of project management artefacts (project plans, proposals, statements of work, budget/cost tracking, resource planning & assignment, issues/risks and action logs).
