Responsible for schedule, yields, quality, cost and vacuum process support. Optimized the BluRay 6 layer stack and specified the thin film production tool. Defined and implemented in-line production of CD rewriteable optical disks. Designed and implemented lower cost, high throughput BluRay thin film stack cutting target cost per disk by 19 cents and tripled rate of production.
