Re-implemented shop floor control process including quoting, planning, PPAP, estimating, “engineering- connect”, quality measures and production operations to capture all costs and improve our competitive pricing model.Implemented a “run by the numbers” system that allows each department to self-evaluate, self-improve and better manage their area of responsibility. Oversee ITAR, FFL and ISO documentation, licenses and certifications. Improved customer scorecard for on time delivery.

Solely responsible for acquiring a 5 million dollar 6 year automotive contract with Tenneco Inc. and increasing customer satisfaction through relationship and response times. Directly responsible for obtaining the highest profits and customer satisfaction in 10 years, finding unbilled invoices, reducing company debt service and establishing business relations in China, Taiwan, Mexico and Canada. Responsible for negotiating all production contracts including automotive, telecommunications and commercial customers. Directly managed and drove a proactive customer response culture.

Director, Advanced Skills Center 3 years Non-Profit (Built this training center from scratch)I was the Key contributor to establish and manage all center training operations. I personally wrote and was awarded over $2,000,000 in grants. Key architect for initiating and designing, collaborative workforce development programs for skilled and semi-skilled manufacturing professionals for central PA manufacturing companies such as Harley, Tyco, Johnson Controls, CAT and many more diverse companies. I was the Subject Matter Expert in large company talent development programs. Assisted Tyco HR to job transition laid off employees. *The Skills Center was absorbed by HACC and closed down.
