As a skilful IT Architect I help companies and departments in integrating and optimising information flows and processes. The result is that people and organisations become more efficient, accurate and agile.My main strength is my urge to keep improving. By approaching situations from different perspectives and being open to new possibilities, I go beyond what is possible at first sight with creative simple solutions. My desire to understand is why I dive fully into an assignment. I ask and keep asking to discover the true pain points. Together we address these points in order to achieve a clear direction and plan where we get to work with. For me it is crucial that everybody is involved and feels understood.In cooperation with colleagues I believe you end up with better results when you keep challenging each other. I lead by example and due to my enthusiasm others get involved in our plans. Perseverance is the keyword.In total I have 20 years of experience as an IT Architect. The variation in roles and functions have enabled me to quickly switch between the IT specialists and business people.
