Over an extensive career spanning 35 years, Richard Levy has played a pivotal role in conceiving, creating, developing, and implementing hardware, middleware, and software essential for the delivery of targeted functional systems to end-users. Notably, he established and equipped a self-contained Refrigeration testbed for R-134a and R-22 greenhouse gas emission testing at Oak Ridge National Laboratories Demonstration Facility in Oak Ridge Tennessee. As Director of HP’s Global Print Infrastructure he spearheaded critical print infrastructure to many Fortune 500 businesses. These PWAs utilized Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) instruments to collect public health data in Malls and homes, automatically delivering key data to private and government entities.Richard's unique skill set enables him to seamlessly integrate diverse requirements into functionally integrated platforms. This is exemplified in the PWAs designed to synchronize administration, hospitals, doctors, vendors, and students. In response to the challenges posed by COVID-19, he successfully introduced a remote thermal scanning system to the market. This system incorporated advanced thermal scanning integration, RFID, proximity sensors, ESP programmable devices, and secure cloud storage.
