CurrentAt Rodeo FX, I operate as a project manager across several visual effects productions, both film and episodic. In this role I ensure the smooth collaboration between creative and technical teams.Strategic Scheduling & Milestone ManagementI oversee the planning of project milestones and timelines, working with producers and department heads to ensure that weekly deliverables and key milestones are consistently met. My role involves anticipating project needs and proactively adjusting plans to keep productions on schedule.Resource Allocation & Budget AdherenceI collaborate closely with resource managers to ensure the best casting for the projects needs. Effective communication enables me to utilize the team efficiently and in line with budgetary guidelines.Production Issue Resolution & Workflow OptimizationMy role requires me to identify and resolve potential production challenges before they escalate, working with department heads and coordinators to keep the workflow smooth. This includes adjusting schedules as needed and managing team workload. Client Communication & Progress ReportingI prepare and present detailed weekly status reports for clients, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress. I also participate in client meetings to address approvals and keep the project moving in accordance with studio standards.Data-Driven Productivity TrackingUsing Flow Production Tracking , GSuite, and Microsoft Office, I track individual and departmental productivity, producing reports that offer clear insights into our progress. This data-driven approach allows me to maintain accountability and transparency across all production stages.By combining strong organizational skills with an in-depth understanding of VFX production, I ensure that each project at Rodeo FX is delivered to the highest standards while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
