• Use knowledge from previous implementations and experience to implement best practices for existing and new clients.
• Troubleshoot issues in multiple client Maximo environments.
• Install Maximo instances that mirror client environment and create new environments for new customers. These instances vary between WebLogic and WebSphere, Maximo v5 – v7.5, SQL Server and Oracle.
• Use VM Console to create VM templates, and VM snapshots of various Maximo environments. Manage 30+ Maximo, SQL Server, and other VMs.

• Implemented SAP R3/Maximo Enterprise Suite (MXES) integrated Enterprise Business Solution as part of a $383M project at the 7th largest utilities firm in the nation.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements for the configuration of Assets, Locations, Classifications, Meters, Meter Groups, Condition Monitoring and Failure Codes applications.
• Lead QA effort to adhere to Sarbanes Oxley Compliance auditing, worked directly with Audit team to mitigate shortcomings in documentation and include necessary control points throughout process flows.
• Worked with clients from Nuclear generation, Fossil generation, Electric distribution, Gas distribution, Facilities, and non-regulatory entities to convert data from over 40 unique legacy systems into MXES. The legacy.
• Created functional specification documents, conversion documents, and data maps to convert data into the following MXES applications: Domains, Storerooms, Assets, Locations, Classifications, Failure Codes, PMs, Job.
• Managed and developed Classifications that interfaced between SAP Material Master and MDSI/Advantex. Classifications developed were used over the following MXES applications: Assets, Locations, Classifications, Items.

• Supported three business units that use the MAXIMO Work Management System: Electric Transmission, Electric Distribution, and Gas Pipeline.
• Performed MAXIMO System Administrator duties such as Database Configurations, Signature Security, Domains, Screen Modifications.
• Developed and maintained Oracle stored procedures, triggers, functions and packages that contained client based business logic that complimented the MAXIMO system.
• Created and maintained interfaces between employee and vehicle systems.
• Created a process that dynamically refreshed the data warehouse from the MAXIMO production environment.
• Developed and maintained a custom adhoc query tool used to report on near real time data in the data warehouse to eliminate long running queries from the MAXIMO servers.
