I have focused on providing M&A due diligence advice to mid market PE and corporate clients for the last 20 years. I primarily work with businesses seeking initial private equity or corporate investment and existing private equity portfolio businesses looking for an exit to a corporate or secondary PE. I also regularly support PE portfolios with buy and build programmes and refinancing, alongside specific corp dev teams on their roll up plans. My usual deal size is between £10 million and £100 million in terms of acquisition due diligence and £80 to £250 million for sales assistance. I lead our deals travel business for the mid market, focused on both b2c and b2b travel providers following work over the last 15 years working with businesses across OTAs, niche travel providers, bed banks, resort transfer providers, add on and services providers and corporate travel agencies. I am also a leader in our Business Services team in London and focus on tech enabled business services working across the sector with businesses such as Access Group, PS Financials, Digital Space, BSL and many more of our exciting business services clients in London and beyond. My approach to assist businesses is to identify and focus on their core drivers of value and to test these as part of due diligence.
