The main responsibility – development of banking processes and analytical methods for underwritting applications. Owns the development life cycle for multiple projects in parallel. Understanding process development based on good banking practice. Provide technical direction to the project leads and manages technical risks throughout the development and technology transfer process ensuring successful program management and delivery. Managing department resources using established systems and ensures close collaboration between others deparments to support cross-training, dynamic resource management and seamless delivery of department goals. Proactive and independent working with other managers and department heads to resolve conflicts or gain alignment prior to escalation. Identifies and escalate development risks to upper management.

Maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position. Deliver an effective credit review methodology, plan and capability covering all aspects of credit risk. Identify risk on loans and mitigate while identifying cross sales and pre-approvals. The feasibility of preparing and presenting solutions demands for changes in IS systems. Prepare tender documentation (RFI / RFP). Evaluate The tender specification supplied by suppliers. Negotiate with potential suppliers during the selection procedure. Control the work of the contractor, to evaluate the percentage of supply projects. Propose and decide on solutions to the problems encountered during the implementation of projects.- Participating in meetings, special projects and training when needed- Interact with others (co-workers, management, teams and vendors)

Create and maintain technical model and application architecture. Decide on the appropriate implementation of functionality in applications. Analyze and design implementation of business requirements into IT systems with respect to their long-term development strategy. Create the implementation requirements of the business requirements for the purpose of fulfilling an efficient and sustainable manner. The feasibility of preparing and presenting solutions demands for changes in IS systems. Create specification, design and sub-architectures needed to implement changes in IS systems. Provide time and budget estimates required for the change management process and project management. Control the work of the contractor, to evaluate the percentage of supply projects. Propose and decide on solutions to the problems encountered during the implementation of projects.
