Current role includes Troubleshooting, Client Leadership, Client Advisor, Strategy - development / construction, Procurement, Facilitation, Dispute Resolution/Avoidance,Recently acted as Client Advisor / Project Manager on the award winning Bishop Edward King Chapel Project. This project was short listed for the Stirling Prize 2013 and won the Building Project of the year at the BCIA.

Temple is one of the UK's leading independent infrastructure and property consultancies, specialising in environment, planning and sustainability. Commercial Risk Director (part time) reporting to CEO. Advising specialist planning / sustainability consultant on significant contracts for major infrastructure projects. Negotiating contract terms with Major Clients / Contractors Consultants under the New Engineering Contract etc. Working with external Company Lawyer and internal Finance Director/Board.

Acting as “Client’s Representative” in respect of several £multimillion development and construction projects. Remit means providing project leadership to external professional team and internal users. Role involves acting as central point of contact for multiple stakeholders projects with complex interface issues. Projects include £multi million redevelopment at the UCL Institute for Child Health and Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). £100M Sainsbury Wellcome Centre for neural circuits and behaviour, acted as UCL representative http://www.ucl.ac.uk/swc. (Winner BCIA Major Building Project October 2016). Member of client review team assessing contractor proposals for the £500M Francis Crick Institute http://www.crick.ac.uk/. Currently working with neighbouring land owners (UCL Hospital & GOSH) to identify joint development opportunities for major £multimillion translational clinical / science scheme forming proposed Dementia centre. Key role is development of Planning strategy and interface with stakeholders including Local Authority, English Heritage & GLA.

Major Project included Honda’s £130M+ European Plant opened in 2001. Roles within “Client’s Construction Management team” include acting both as a facilitator and advisor. Remit included programme management, planning, early warnings, safety, innovation, contracts and risk. Wide brief essentially involved pre-empting and where appropriate troubleshooting. More recently involved in strategic review of renewable energy projects.
