At Zones, I was responsible for managing and developing two of the largest Enterprise Accounts with operations across EMEA, giving them the confidence to award us more opportunities won from their existing in-country suppliers. As testament to this, during my tenure on the account, one client has grown from €46k to €2.3million over 8 months.I ensured that Zones met the clients’ needs for growth by project managing hardware, resources and EMEA-wide logistics to meet timescales, by managing all internal processes and pitfalls to deliver seamless service.I managed client communication and delegated responsibilities to internal sales administrators, both in the UK and in India, to maximise efficiency.I met with manufacturers and OEMs to secure the best pricing and fulfil order requirements for our clients’ project rollouts, then was involved in the sourcing and delivery of hardware and services for time critical projects, in line with client SLAs across Europe.

Key account management, ensuring that quotes and equipment are delivered on time and as required. Provision of complex multi location installations, often with unique requirements for our clients. Identification of new product requirements, sourcing and procurement of stock.Hire Intelligence provide short term rental of IT and AV equipment - notebooks, desktops, the full range of Apple products, printers and copiers, sound reinforcement, projectors, plasma and LED displays to name but a few.Our Test & Measurement range includes Thermal Cameras, Moisture Meters, EMF Meters, Sound and Light Meters. With a constantly increasing fleet range, if we do not currently have an item, we will endeavour to source it for our customers.
