My passion is for working with good people operating in difficult circumstances to the best they can be. "Serve to Lead", the motto of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, provides the foundation and it's meaning has been fundamental in my approach to leadership development i.e. the men and women you are responsible for are your first priority. Whether as a speaker, trainer or coach I help people think differently by combining my Army Officer career and 12 years working within occupational psychology with the science and psychology of human performance.
