I feel at home in project teams that connect people from diverse cultural backgrounds. For me, emotional intelligence is an essential prerequisite for making strategic partnerships flourish. I have a talent for understanding the specific vernacular of each party and translating their differences to a common language. My extensive and diverse professional experience, my multifaceted qualifications and my own native English and Swiss German background serve as a solid foundation for success.It's important for me to stay curious, have a sense of purpose and to be personally invested in my profession. I thrive on working under pressure. I've learnt that enjoying successes and finding humour in failures is the essence if being resilient.I'm also grateful for my work experience outside of the corporate world. Having been a construction worker and gardener, I still appreciate getting my hands dirty and exploring the mechanics of things when fixing my bicycles or cooking new dishes or attempting ballet dance — the joy of the tangible.
