CurrentROK-ON™ Building Systems manufactures green building products for the exterior of buildings, which allow contractors/builders to meet new mandatory codes for fire, energy and moisture management with structural products that have better performance, which are installed faster, at less cost that traditional code-compliant solutions.Our proprietary fiberglass reinforced ceramic cement sheathing is laminated to an insulative foam to create a thin structural panel that is attached directly to framing as the continuous exterior insulated sheathing. The product is non-combustible, will not rot, will not support mold or mildew, is water resistant, impact resistant, and bug proof. It requires no special tools to install and contains no harmful ingredients. It has an R-value of 10.5, exceeding the requirement for external insulation. The system can accept direct application of finishes such as stucco, brick or stone, veneers, etc., and can accept and hold fasteners for cladding attachment. This allows for tremendous architectural flexibility while saving time and money. We're fully tested to meet or exceed all current North American building codes and are fully insured. Most importantly, it eliminates many of the steps of traditional assemblies to create a code-compliant wall. The system is installed in about the same time as the first layer of sheathing, eliminating as many as 5 other trips around the building. This drastically reduces both the labor costs for installation, but also removes weeks/months from the construction timeline.
