I started at American Constructors taking over a luxury 4/1 Type V wood construction over concrete and masonry subterranean parking garage condominium project, then promoted to Project Scheduler. At the Scheduler position I built all new schedules, investigated and provided schedule fragnet back up for compensible delay claims, and tracked and reported on all active projects.

Project Manager on a split Garden Style and Podium Style Multi Family Project in Pleasant Hill, CA. All Type V wood construction over slab-on-grade and Type V over sub-terranean parking garage.

Hands-on, self-starting Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects, all Type V wood framed over slab-on-grade concrete, 3 projects totalling approximately $21M, also 4 commercial tenant improvements totalling approximately $10M. Mentored junior superintendents for the partners.
