The team I lead drove the development of the Operating Model for Tesco's stores in thirteen international countries throughout Central Europe, Asia and the US. The Operating Modelling captured best practice Processes, Organisational Design and IT Systems into a single repeatable model.

Together with my colleagues on the board, we guided Europa successfully through the takeover by Tesco. My role included planning the smooth transition of 36 stores and staff to Tesco Express, as well as the closure of the head office, warehouse and distribution operations.
