Deployed by Venturing Unlimited in the delivery of this client project, I assumed the leadership role in recruiting new partners to the, as then, un-launched Barclaycard Freedom proposition.In addition to the key deliverable of contracting new retail partners, my responsibilities also included overall team leadership and recruitment of full-time personnel.

Zebtab was the award winning direct-to-desktop content channel and served tens of thousands of users and partnered with household content owners such as Manchester United, Dennis Publishing and Setanta Sports.

Following a personal passion, I founded Thrive to provide personal and business coaching to a variety of large corporate clients (e.g. BT) and individuals.Trained by Results Coaching Systems and certified by the ICF, I built the practice to over 100 clients.

Co-founder and investor with fellow ex-GlaxoSmithKline directors, I was accountable for all sales and distribution activity.Nutrinnovator developed and deliver Altu to the 'well being' sector, providing a blend of great taste and nutrition in a snack bar format.During my period of involvement I successfully achieved distribution with key supermarket accounts, including Tesco, Sainsbury's and WHSmith's.

Responsible for UK supermarket sales of Lucozade, Ribena & Horlicks through management of the UK National Account Management team.

Variety of commercial roles culminating in management of £600m Soft Drinks category. Roles including a period of secondment to Boston based US business, Shaw's Supermarkets from 1999-2000.
