Manifest assesses the corporate governance of large publicly traded companies against codes of corporate best practice (e.g. Council of institutional investors). Depending on adherence to corporate best practices, Manifest will cast their clients votes at each annual general meeting.Day to day duties involved:Examining the remuneration policies of major public listed companies.Determining whether our clients should use their investments to vote for, against or abstain at each annual general meeting Analysing data sets using Excel with the use of complex formulas and a variety of functions.Editing reports to ensure adherence to the Manifest House style using functions such as macros. Cleansing and entering large volumes of accurate data into an Access database.Training new members of the data team. Producing bespoke research reports.
