My duties ranged from making difficult financial decisions to strengthening relationships with IFC, the University, and our National Headquarters. I was responsible for holding all members accountable in regards to the rules and regulations set forth by my chapter, IFC, and the University. Whether it was to do with their performance in the classroom, social conduct, participation with our chapter's sacred practices. This not only taught me valuable leadership skills but has allowed me to connect and relate with a diverse set of people.

During my time at Icebreaker, my sales performance was at its best. Icebreaker was a more intimate sales experience with a smaller more specialized store. A combination of a smaller sales floor and more technically advanced products demanded my knowledge and sales flow to be nailed down in order to provide the customer experience needed to make sales and boost brand awareness. I worked at the store part-time and I look forward to more partnerships in between the school semesters.

I developed a skill set that allowed me to navigate the sales floor with ease and boost my sales quotas.
