Responsible for a team of consultants recruiting into Automotive/Motorsports, ranging from WEC through to F1. Covering both permanent and contract requirements. I have taken on this position to help the team continue to grow, where I am responsible for;• Managing a team of Consultants, Account Support Managers and Technical Resourcers • Establishing and developing new business • Managing the entire recruitment process • Total 360 degree recruitment involving lead generation, referencing, competency based questioning and sales. • Providing management information on a weekly and monthly basis regarding figures and individual activity. • Negotiating terms of business with clients with regards to future business opportunities. • Negotiation of Sole Agreements, Master Vendor and PSL solutions. • Maintaining client relations and developing them further. Liaisons with clients on a regular basis to ensure service targets are being achieved.
