Working exclusively on private projects for HNW families and individuals I took the lead role in the day to day running of a wide variety of projects. With a company focus complex restorations, modernisation, and enlargement of historic country homes client care, construction quality, and financial transparency were a strong focus.

Knight Frank is the worlds leading independent real estate consultancy. I spent 7 months with Knight Frank working in their professional services department assisting with the valuation of a variety of property types including single house development sites, high profile regeneration projects, apartment blocks, private property investment portfolios and full housing estates. The majority of these valuations were carried out for the purposes of bank lending.

Three months working with the Vice President of European Acquisitions learning about and assisting with the purchase and remediation of brown field contaminated land and the closure management of manufacturing and chemical production facilities.
