CurrentAnalysis of physical evidence involving automotive restraint systems, including seat belts, air bags, seats, and child restraints. Consulting in cases requiring determination of restraints use, non-use, or misuse; accident reconstruction; and impact biomechanics analysis. Management of innumerable surrogate studies, as well as full-scale vehicle crash tests and sled tests, which have been used to validate reconstructions, demonstrate occupant kinematics, and assess restraint system performance. Member of the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine (AAAM) and also the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), as a peer reviewer of technical papers submitted for publication.
