Post Hurricane Maria: Managing a firm of international engineers and technicians coordinating all government liaisons, sub-contractual negotiations and public relations. Responsible for the procurement, importation, planning and construction of 10 Bailey Bridge projects, hundreds of meters of 4-m high river wall, reconstruction of a steel span bridge as well as its abutments. Responsible for the enhancement of of the major streets in the capital city including demolition, trench installation, all civil/ utility works and the repaving of the same. All projects developed and completed in austere locations under challenging volcanic island conditions. Limited heavy equipment, materials and communication support.

Drill Deck Coordinator and Senior Project Manager for all drilling operations for private client. 2500 foot fresh-water dig with 6 independent isolated zones of activity. Each zone tested with 24 hour pump test, water sampling, and full battery testing. Conducted Bore-Hole geophysics to guide zones of compatibility and usage. Utilized Hydro Resources Challenger 230 Drill Rig. Reverse circulation mudding. Produced 2100 GPM tested. 1900GPM sustained.

Experienced in compressed air, dual rotary drilling techniques, including knowledge of geo-technical and environmental procedures based on the irregular Geological conditions found in Panama: Constructed (2) wells, 800-foot and 600 foot-deep comprising the second and third deepest freshwater wells in country. Still in use today producing 330GPM and 440 GPM respectively.Operated and diagnosed mechanical issues, and daily maintenance of complicated machinery including 28T cranes, DR-24 Drill Rig, Ingersoll Compressors, Air-Burst technologies and acidation of well walls. Information management specifically focused on strategic supply chain activities of all Marine Corps cargo flowing into and out of the Middle East including Kuwait, U.A.E., Iraq, Bahrain, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan. Key Achievements: -Maintained Command and Control of 34-person Operations cell reporting to the Director and General.-Monitored: 32 systems tracking over 112,000 pieces of equipment entering and departing multiple combat zones with a 99.9% average delivery rate in theater. -Using Lean Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints (DMAIC) identified and corrected efficiency bottlenecks in the supply chain to the Middle East saving the Marine Corps $221M over a 4-year period. Chief Logistics Officer 2002-2006Coordinated and planned the living conditions, training schedule, exercise movements and travel for over 49,000 military participants from 17 nations in two Joint Exercises spanning Europe, Africa, Central America and one Operation in the Middle East. Oversaw the movement of $900M in equipment and supplies shipped worldwide to support multiple venues. Key Achievements:-Iraq: Conducted 156 convoys, 74 air missions and 34 combined sorties supporting 37 Forward Combat Bases. Awarded the Bronze Star for performance in a combat environment. -Developed, coordinated logistics and supervised the expeditious drilling of 29 deep-water wells throughout a Combat Zone drilling in locations from Fallujah to Tikrit, Mosul, Ramadi and Baghdad.
