The drawdown saw a very strict timelines to meet shipping containers to bring the kit back home, using manpower efficency this was not an issue, all personnel were returned to various locations this required careful planning in order to ensure that every individual on the right flights from the 3 various airports used. Overall this was a exciting challenge to interact with the different agencies, understanding the overall intent and demand allowed an effective and issue free exercise to run. I learnt to understand the importance of timings when working with various agencies and how to overcome any issues in an effective and thought out manner rather than knee jerk reaction.
