As Chairman and then latterly as CEO led the transformation of Bragg from a lower margin, largely re-selling business model with narrow European geographic focus to a materially higher margin, content and IP led, geographically diversified business model. Built out a stronger and deeper C-Level and senior operational team, a new organizational structure, acquired two companies which accelerated growth and accelerated margin expansion, led the entry and licensing into the newly regulating North American market and dual listed the company on NASDAQ.
