I helped this Saudi company develop their bid for a fixed license and then developed strategy, business plans/models and commercial strategy - gaining board approval and helping gain external funding for the venture (e.g. $300 million letter of credit).With only a small team, the Commercial department delivered exceptional results during the rollout phase.The company has now placed the largest order for WiMAX equipment in Europe, Africa and the Middle East and will also develop fibre and xDSL offerings.
