C2-AI has repurposed and automated existing systems that have been in use by the NHS and globally for 15 years, building on 30 years of research and around our 450m+ referential patient dataset. The Patient Tracking List Triage system supports the needs of elective restart by ensuring that patients are risk stratified on their individual clinical need. This enables clinicians to rapidly assess them against their risk of mortality and complications using proven and reliable methodologies. The Compass Ai-backed tools support evidence-based clinical decision making to assess and stratify patients at an early stage and pre-emptively treat them according to their individual level of risk. This minimises their chances of developing HAP and AKI and significantly reduces their length of stay and need for ICU treatment. The apps do not require any integration, patient IDs, complex training or an Internet connection. In 12 months, a full deployment could save hundreds of thousands of lives from capacity created for Covid-19 patients and from direct reductions in mortality from AKI/HAP.
