• Create and manage schedules including critical dates for each project. Obtain necessary input from the senior management team. Assist in development of design program specifics. • Ensure appropriate consultants are hired to develop project plan. Manage the approval process including agency interface & technical information. Lead the construction manager assigned to the project to ensure that the construction documents are developed in accordance with the requirements of the project

Responsibilities include design and blueprint review and analysis of projects, preparation of construction documents, bidding, negotiations, sub contractor selection, material purchasing. Scheduling, project budget, building code and safety compliance, development, and quality control.
