Since 2009, I have been working with industry and state regulators on policy, regulation, and the administrative processes associated with licensing companies and individuals in the mortgage and non-bank financial services industry. I oversee the administration of the mortgage testing and education program which includes the SAFE MLO test, test security, approval of schools and courses, and investigation and enforcement processes. He is also responsible for the CSBS Accreditation and Certification programs for state banking and non-depository agencies and examiners. I have a passion for leading teams, developing talent, improving business processes, and deploying innovative solutions to address complex problems. Formerly COO and board president of Project Humanity which promoted international volunteerism and women's empowerment in Kenya, Botswana, Zambia, and South Africa.
