Richard Marshall is a recognized authority on generating plant control systems. He started his control engineering career in 1981 as a field service engineer for the Leeds and Northrup Company. After twenty years as a project engineer and department manager at an engineering firm, Mr. Marshall had fleet-wide responsibility for control and monitoring systems at a major electric utility company.
